We need to inform the team about LP changes before hand....

The problem is that No one told me or Shane that the ads were going back to the main site. 
We both had the LP as microsite so that is where the codes were added. 
Next time, please let me and Shane know ahead of time so we can prepare BEFORE the changes...

 Re: location extensions - Location Extensions & Map Pack are both part of Google My Business, which would probably be part of your SEO package. Spanish ads are fine. Are we trying to get people who speak English but are browsing in Spanish, or are we just trying to get native Spanish speakers? If the later we'll need a landing page in Spanish and to have our ads translated. I've managed multiple language campaigns before w/out issue.

how do i respond to this : How do we go about creating Location extensions to our Google Ads? Is that part of our SEO Package?
Thoughts on Spanish google ads? A large amount of our patients are spanish speaking and according to our google insights are traveling in from heavy spanish speaking parts of Southern California. 
Do you guys have experience or data related to this?

Hector is correct about location extensions, they are on. For future reference, I cannot turn on Map Pack ads, only Hector can do that by accessing/ linking Google My Business.
