Hector  bumping this issue. 

Shane - forms will be live in next few hours. First we need to launch ads and then I will let them know they need to get the legit script certification. I warned him about the legit script. However, this is a situation where we just need to put up the campaigns and then show them they are getting expensive traffic due to the legit script situation and it's on them. We really need these up in the next 4 -5 days. Its top priority. I think if we can get these up and have a phone call with this guy, he will see how great Shane is and chill out.
