To connect it to the sub-domain. I would need dns access. I am not seeing it in this sheet.

Also I need to know which folder will have the final pages. The templates that wouldn't be using can you please delete them from this sub-account as well as from the training account.

Isaac  is the GHL number implemented into this already? I am going to have to meet with Ivonne. I haven't been involved with this process closely. I am getting lost. She asked the number to be created. I will get clear and proceed from there. 

Alyssa - Not yet. For the phone numbers on these GHL landing pages. I am going to share them along with the login credentials as soon as I set up the account so our devs can add them on the pages when they add content.

For this client the ghl tracking phone number is - (617) 829-9064

Please share it with Ivonne and the devs who are working on these landing pages.

Isaac there are two folders for this client as can be seen below. We only need the Coolsculpting and Morpheus 8 (which is still being created by Kristabel) templates. We are using the v1 Copy folder below to contain the right pages. Can we delete the "landing page templates" folder below? Also is the privacy policy the only other page we need?

Yes. The service pages, thank you pages and the privacy policy page but we can also add other pages as per client needs. for eg. contact us, about us etc.

Vania that's a negative. Aly and I have been working with Isaac diligently trying to get it done. However, on the ghl landing pages we need to have the forms 100% ready before connecting them to the leadsheet.
And for the forms to be fully ready. We need to have the thank you and their service pages completed.

Once that is done we will have it for you.

Isaac we will need a Twilio number created for the other two locations: Acton & Natick, currently only have it set up for Newton GHL # for all pages.

These will be on the same GHL sub-level account just need the GHL tracking numbers. The forwarding numbers for each location are as follows:

Natick - (978) 224-4977
Acton - (978) 263-1079
Newton - (617) 206-2080

Once you have set them up, please let me know and I can update the phone numbers to the appropriate GHL LPs and TYs based on location. You'll have to edit the floating number on each page though.

Then I will let Hector know so he can inform Shane about ads at that time.

Isaac the current GHL tracking #s for Acton & Natick don't match the area code of the forwarding numbers. 917 is a New York area code. 978 is massachussets. Can you please look into another Twilio number for Acton & Natick that reflects the correct area? Are there any 978 area codes available?

Alyssa - Yes. Earlier 978 area code phone numbers were not available. They are available now. I went ahead and purchased them. Once we have received the confirmation from Shane that the phone numbers has been updates on his end in the call tracking. I will release the old phone numbers.

Isaac  I recall that being the case, thank so much for purchasing them, I am glad they are available! Yes, I will be able to update them on the GHL LPs on my end. I will inform Shane before I proceed with doing that and I will confirm with you when he confirms being notified, and once I have made the adjustments so that you can release the 917 numbers.
