Hello Whitney, John, 

I went into your Google ads account Skin Tight Medical Spa 141-787-3091 and began the verification process for you. 
I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we will need to verify your organization. 

The only problem is that the person at this email address - jkeramaris@gmail.com - is the one who needs to begin the 2nd process. 
Once you do so, I can finish it for you. To do so, we will need  the following information: 


You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account =   Renewal Skin Spa 275-937-9314   

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out.To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account   Jon Gill at  jkeramaris@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 


You can start it and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.

I am following up with you on this Google ads verification issue. We only have until March 17th to get this account verified. 
After that, the Google ads will stop running and the account will be paused until we get it done.

Called the office directly, he was not there. I spoke to the receptionist and relayed the urgency of this issue. Tomorrow is the last day to take care of this, otherwise the ads are going to be turned off. She took down my info and said she would let John know.
