Auditing Guide for New Websites & Microsites
 
Notes: When auditing it is important to check both mobile and desktop. If any edits are made, it is important to make the edits to the confirmation page as well. Meta data, page titiles, and Alt descriptions must be added after the final domain transfer, they oftend do not transfer from the testing server. Check that padding is consistent throughout the site. 
 
Imagery
  1. Check justification
  2. Alt text for ADA compliance *has to be added after final domain transer*
  3. Image title with SEO key words 
  4. Diversity of models (location demographic dependent)
  5. Authority claims (badges) on landing pages  
  6. Stacked before & after images 
  7. Overlaid text on mobile readable
  8. Desktop text on graphics readable 
  9. Mobile & Desktop images are consistent 
 
Gravity Forms & Pop-ups
  1. Offers are consistent
  2. AD landing pages have bolded offers and buttons
  3. Test all forms to check they are connected to lead sheet
  4. Make sure Landing Pages have pop-ups or assign them if not
 
Location/Map
  1. Make sure address is correct
  2. Click on the map/address to be sure it is connected to the correct client
 
Links
  1. Check social icons
  2. Click all buttons to make sure they are ancored
  3. Check internal & outbound links on pages to make sure no links are broken (404)
  4. Add internal links for yoast
 
Offers 
  1. Check pop-ups and grafity forms and images are consistent with Set Up info.
 
Disclaimers
  1. Be sure disclaimer matches the offer
 
Grammar & Claims
  1. Check spelling 
  2. Check for unproven/exaggerated claims 
  3. Check for FDA-cleared statment (FDA-approved is for medications only)

  1. Needs to be a light box pop-up - not direcgtly embedded.

  1. Check phone number is correct
  2. Click phone number and make sure it matches when it pops up

1. Please make sure the font/text is the same size on the sections where I added the blurbs for the Mobile version to be consistent with the other sections.

2. Please also check the font sizes on the hero images, the H2 is too big on some. Thank you!

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne I am not able to update the button on the gravity forms, looks like that is hard coded in, for Botox and Dermal Filler to "Get Coupon". 
There is only one gravity form too that I see, missing the bottom form.

Also, you mentioned on the content order that someone was working on the Q&A's on this page. I don't see the task so just wanted to follow up. 

Pending Jonnamae's edits, and the above, everything is good.

Thank you Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa ! what do you mean with "there is only one gravity form that I see, missing the bottom form"?

Selena Vujatov, Medstar Selena can you please make sure the offer on the top gravity form is also on the bottom one for the Botox and Dermal Filler pages? Also can we increase font size of the "$150 off" so it is bigger than "new client special". 

Can you also please change the buttons on these gravity forms to say "get coupon"?

But I am not sure what did you mean by "the H2 is too big on some."
It was intentional to make the first row bigger than the second one because the other pages (e.g. about, meet the team) have the same style with one row bigger than the other. Is that what you meant? Do you want me to make it the same?
