This Google ads account is paused due to needing to be verified. I sent them an email on June 8th but they never responded. We need to contact them directly to follow up.
Please let me know if you want me to call them or Sydney Metz, Client Success Manager Sydney who is asking me about it in campfire.

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA.

We need to start the verification for your Google ads account - Soma Medical Spa 377-447-7633 by July 2nd. Otherwise, the account will be placed on hold and all ads put on paused until it is done. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account = Soma Medical Spa 377-447-7633 

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account Julieta Moran at somamedicalaesthetics@gmail.com where Google ads has sent instructions. Link is here. 

Another option is to send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.
