Here is the result of the Call Rail audit for Sound-Shapes and the Secret Shopper Leads test as well.
Keep in mind that I could not report on some calls since they were answered by the half owner Theresa. As I told Whitney the other day during our conference call, Theresa could do better. Especially when it comes to mentioning promotions and other things. In one call, a person was interested in Coolsculpting and Theresa kept thinking it was Botox and was obviously confused.
In any case, here is what I found and wrote.
