this client's smart campaign has not been approved. Chris is worried this is going to delay our real campaign from being launched.

I noticed that 685-683-5757 Southeastern Avenue smart campaign was not approved. We need to launch ads shortly. Shane can you see if this would be a feasible account to work with? The doctor mentioned he had problems in the past.When working with Orange Trail we came across their supplier someone who can provide whitelisted Google Ads account. Can we quickly set up a relationship with them in case this account is not active?Could we push traffic from our Google Ads account or would that jepordaize our accounts?Could we create another account for him using our account?
Also, can you answer the other questions about back up ad accounts we can use
