Site is having problems

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac & Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris  
I noticed this morning that this site has been having issues all night. 
One was  Internal Server Error (500) for almost an hour and then Forbidden (403). 
If you log in now the site looks all messed up and it is not loading up properly. 
The https://spatrouve.com/coolsculpting/ is not loading up either. 
Isaac, any idea what is going on?

You are right Isaac. 
I am getting way ahead of myself since it appears as of yet, we still do not have access to their site. It must something on their end. I will follow up with Chris to find out when we will have access. 
I will keep you updated.

Yes, we will not be working on their site, we will be directing the developer.
