I found a few updates that are needed. This isn't meant to replace the traditional audit- I only scanned through.
Update to the correct address and correct google maps on contact us page.

The phone number in text doesn't match the number in footer and elsewhere, which number is correct?
Neo page, Semaglutide page (2 places), and the home page also have the 770 number. Is it 770 or 678?

We must carefully check that the Developers use the phone number provided vs. what is on the reference site (unless specially noted). They were provided with 678-719-850 in the development task. I'll let them know to be careful also.
