Support saying the ad account [AC - Spencer Family Medicine] is all good. The issue is on the Business account [Spencer Aesthetics], which seems restricted. The business account is not allowed to advertise, which the client ad account [AC - Spencer Family Medicine] is part of. I don't think we have access to the client's Business account [Spencer Aesthetics], so the client will need to fix this

Nicol, I called him and he was with a patient. I spoke to his wife and she said she will have him call me today. I told her I would be here until late evening if needed. 
I will let you know if he calls me. 
I also created a new Facebook account. I will need for Chris to add me to so I can then begin working on the issues.

She texted me back last night. Doctor Spencer finished late and could not call me. Said he would try to call me today so we can take care of these issues.

Yes, I did. they were supposed to call me but the Doc finished late. I just sent them another text message to see if we can set it up again.

They did not respond to my texts messages so... 
We are back to square one.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  some success. Last week I was able to speak to a front desk staff member and schedule a meeting to discuss ads. Today they no-showed the meeting - but, at least I was able to call and get someone to answer me and let them know we need to reschedule.

It is sad that being able to speak to a front desk staffer and scheduling a meeting with them - which they stood you up for - is considered a success with this client. 
I am just curious; do they have that much going on? I mean are they that busy?
I gather they are not being charged for marketing since none of their campaigns are live no?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  Unfortunately I'm mostly useless with this issue. The way I gain access to client Facebook accounts is dramatically different than what the client sees.

I tried this with my dad who is having the same issue - he still needs his password and he, like Dr. spencer, doesn't have access to his old email.

The use of the code on a mobile phone code to get into Facebook happens frequently. In fact, Facebook forces people nowadays to add a phone number. Not because of security, but because that way, they can get access to ALL OF YOUR CONTACTS. 
If your dad never added a phone number, and without access to his old email, that is a big issue. 

On the Spencers, it seems as if they do not have access to any of their emails. 
They need to create a spreadsheet and keep all of their login info there for future references. 
For this issue, they can contact Facebook and try to get the account verified another way. It may take a while, but it is doable.

This client is slow to respond. Very slow. Nicol and I have been working on this for months. MONTHS... 
Checking back every other few days is not going to expedite the results. 
It took Nicol and I months just to get them to respond to a text or email. 
We are working on it.

We have to wait and see if she can in fact, move us over some of the issues which kept us from verifying their Google ads account and Facebook.
