I tried finding how and when the GTM script got removed but couldn't find any where to see the logs. This website runs on a proprietary software and we have a very limited access to it.

This account does pretty well. MTD 14 conversions at $86 CPA.

I am actually seeing that last week their cost per improved as did their conversion rate... number of conversions. 
Maybe Shane has something else.
