Shane Quast, Medstar Shane I am seeing a 5 point conversion drop for this client.
I tested the pop up and the conversion page is giving me CSS issue.
Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please check to see what you can find?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector Shane Quast, Medstar Shane - I just checked but couldn't replicate the issue on my end. Based on the error code it seems it got caused by one of the plugins installed on the website which seems to auto fixed once it got updated. We have automatic update enabled for all the plugins on this website.
