When starting hosting you give isaac and client password to wpengine.com ( hosting)
and then the staging server mywpengine.com ( but we don't need to do anything with this staging server on this client)

Let me go ahead and updated with the new info.
The logins you provided are asking me for a verification code. It appears there's a 2-step verification in place.
If you got the code then why is it still asking me for it now?
Plus, when I put in that code she sent, it does not work.
I do not want to add that info to spreadsheet until I verify that they are working.
Client have 2 step verification code setup on her Godaddy which send a 6 digit code to her registered mobile number every time someones tries to login.
The 6 digit code can be only used once to login before it get expired and if not used it automatically gets expire after 20 minutes.
Hope that cleared up things for you.
I understand the 2-step verification process. Just did not think they had it implemented. This means each time you or any of us has to login, we will need the new verification code. This is something that no other client has done so far.
Just wanted to know, so thanks for explaining.
I noticed an email on Support about losing GMB access so I knew something was amiss.
Let me mark them as inactive in spreadsheets and then I will archive this.
