Isaac I have uploaded the content, but square space is so limited I can't figure out how to create a hero section like we usually do (e.g. : https://artistry.beautysculpt.net/skincare-facials-and-peels/ ) and how to have different heading above forms (thin, uppercase, and sans serif font).

Selena - I have added the banner section along with a new section with background image and overlay text like in the reference link you shared.
Please let me know if that's what you were looking for.

For making the form titles thin, uppercase, or change font-family you will have to either do it manually using CSS.

Whitney, I just called her office. She was not in yet. They are expecting her in about 40 minutes. I left our numbers and informed then that we need her to reply to the emails to move these projects fwd. 
I will let you know if she calls me back. 

Isaac Thank you! I added CSS manually, cause SquareSpace is so limited with features and elements.

These images were really small and unusable for the hero section, but luckily I found some of them on their Facebook account.

I changed overlay opacity and transformed headings to be lowercase so the style matches the home page style.

Good investigating Selena too bad they were too small, but awesome that you found some of them.

Alyssa We always use this size for hero images for desktop versions: 1920x1080
But often smaller sizes can be good too, especially when we have overlay as we do have now. These images from Facebook are also small 1080px width but it looks good. Images that Summer sent had only 640px width.

Also we can make TEXT bigger on mobile ( she approved) so it is optimized for mobile

What are you referring to here?

Isaac Yes, new service pages are ready to go live. And confirmation pages have URLs for example sugarandhive.com/new-emsculpt-neo-c so it needs to be changed and then changed again in form settings

whitney.zelig@gmail.com I just realized there are no service pages on the current Sugar & Hive website. They only have on service page with all services listed together with pricelists and a few sentences.
So where should we put new pages?

So there are two services pages for each location:

And instead of anchor links we currently have, we need to link new pages, correct? I want to be sure because this is a live website, I can't mess up. 
On the Short Pump Location we have: The Hydrafacial, Emsculpt NEO, Microneedling and Corrective Peels (don't now if that's the same as Chemical Peels). 
And on the Libbie Location we have: The Hydrafacial, Microneedling and Corrective Peels (again not sure if that's the same treatment).

Isaac or Hector  can you tell me what I should decide? I don't really understand this 

I think Isaac  would know best about this since there might be some 404s or other issues we need to worry about.

Yes, that's correct. We can either do this

OR

Maybe we can change the label of the "services" menu to "our pricing" and then add a new "our services" menu that will have all the new service pages in its sub-menu.

I am saying this because both these service pages contain mostly the pricing and no before/after or contact form or any other info about the service.
