I have created 4 treatment pages and Kristabel   helped with the demo before and after images. Can we publish the page with demo images or we need to wait for the client's own images?

Forms are connected to medstar email, which email should we use?
Isaac Is there something else we need to set before going live? This is my first time creating a website on SquareSpace, so I am not sure if we are missing something there.

Are you able to update the forms CSS to make them as we do on our other client websites i.e fields with placeholder and without labels and full width submit button and a border around them?

I added CSS and changed the look, but I don't know how to add margins around bottom forms: https://jmp.sh/TPoYch4

Selena - I was able to add the border around the bottom forms using custom CSS.

But for some reason. All the new forms that we have created for these pages are not getting fetched in zapier through API.

Can you please do me a favor create new forms on all four pages except the micro-needling sidebar and also add the labels? I have already added a CSS so it wouldn't appear on the front but need them to filter the info in zapier.

For the phone number use a number type field instead of text.

Also, I noticed currently all forms have the same form name. On the new forms please use a unique form name for each of the forms.


Also, I believe we will need to set up the confirmation/thank you pages for these forms.

I have removed the password from these new pages as it was interfering with the API connection.

As long as we don't have these pages added in the menu and have the no-index tag in the source. We are good.

Yes we should have confirmation pages- we might want to wait till client approves of final design on the first pages. 

Isaac I have created new forms and named each one differently. Except for Microneedling Sidebar, I didn't touch that one).
I added CSS on new forms (border and width) and added labels (even though labels are hidden in CSS).
I used the phone field as you requested but by default, there are three fields for numbers and there's no option for a placeholder. https://jmp.sh/g6YF0Bo
Is there a way to fix this?

I will create confirmation pages when they approve the design.

Use the "Number" field type and not the "Phone" type field. The one that's highlighted in the below screenshot.
