We will now start creating the GHL sub-accts as soon as a client signs on. We have multiple follow-up steps in play now to try and get the registration info as soon as possible. 
Can you please begin the process to set up the GHL account for this client when you get a chance?

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa  I just sent the CSMs email drafts to collect A2P info for all of our remaining Pre-launch clients. It's my understanding that moving forward, we will request the A2P info in Chris' Welcome email to a new client. If the client does not respond to that email with their biz info, the CSM will take it from there and follow up during the onboarding and beyond, if needed.
