Noticed that The Daniels Group Google ads account 359-398-8382  was accepted on Mymedstarmedia email account. However, no one notified me about this nor was the spreadsheet updated.  I then found out that it was for The Daniels Group - www.danielsgroupnj.com. I have now updated the client's spreadsheet now and tasks. The account name is DanielsGroupNJ - 359-398-8382.

Hello Dr. Daniels, Daniels Group Team,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - Daniels Group NJ - 359-398-8382. The verification process needs to be started by January 28th, 2024. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. Unfortunately, I am not able to take care of the 2nd part for you since we do not have sufficient permissions.

The only way for me to do this for you is if you initiate the process first. I can then take over from there. You can also follow this link. Please note that you would need to be logged into the Rana Mays at  daviddanielsmd@gmail.com Gmail for the link to work.

Please start the 2nd verification process yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the rest of the verification for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Nicol & I so we can help you take care of it.

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 
  • Driver's License - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color  ** See sample below**
  • State ID - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color 
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
Google uses this information for verification, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We may ask you for additional info, if necessary. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so I can help you take care of it.
