On my list. 

Double checked everything on this account. A significant difference last 30 days versus 30 days prior is that calls dropped from 5 to 0. I continue to remain concerned about how accurately (and consistently) CallRail is reporting calls. I double checked the integration and it looks right to me. 

I made some other minor changes to bid strategies. I will keep an eye on it and see what else can be done.

We had the domain change. Is there anything else you can think of? The report was bad enough I did not even want to send it to the client. Isaac can you check the website speed on this and make sure it is fast as possible.

Chris so I began to check on CallRail to see if I found anything amiss.
I tested the following landing pages -
https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/botox/  = this one is fine.
https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/coolsculpting/ = this one is fine.
https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/juvederm-voluma/ - this one is fine.

However, this one is a problem -https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/smartlipo/  - since it doesn't exist.
When you enter that URL you are sent to this one = https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/c/smartlipo/

This one is also a problem = https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/emsculpt-babylon/  - I got a 404.
I had to change it to this one https://www.shoremedaesthetics.com/emsculpt-long-island/

The pages are all good. But as I reported before, THE NUMBER is NOT CHANGING on any of them.
Don't know if that may make a difference.

This is a conversion issue. Last 30 days versus 30 days prior conversion rate is down 72%. Average CPC has been consistent. 

I think we did lose a few days of conversion tracking during the domain change which would have impacted the numbers from last month. 

I haven't tracked a single phone call in 27 days either. We're 100% positive the number is changing?
