Under "Spa Services" menu tab
-remove all spa services except the Signature Facial 
-rename this facial, THE MEDSPA Signature Customized Facial.

Can you also add this text below the Facial description...

We offer free esthetician consultations for your best skincare options.

-And rename the gravity form to "Schedule a Complimentary Skin Care Consultation"
