This hosting doesn't seem to be good if you can't even get on their site -
I tried all URL 2 sites you provided -

The last URL with the 2082 at the end has to be wrong. That cannot be right. 
Unless it is /2082

Are you certain that URL they sent you for that Hosting site is correct?
I went to visit it again and the page is still not working. 
Plus, I searched and could not find any hosting with that name HURON. 
But I did find https://www.vervehosting.com

Ahh, so I was correct as far the vervehosting link.

Isaac, I thought perhaps the URL they provided Whitney was incorrect. 
If we are transferring them to WP, then we will just wait for the new logins. 

Isaac should we set them up with new hosting on wp-engine?

When are we free to start developing on their site? or should we wait for hosting to be resolved?

When are we free to start developing on their site? - We can start working right away. No need to wait for hosting to be resolved. I can make a staging copy of their LIVE website on our development server on Siteground and work there.
