So I logged into the account directly since I created this one for them. I went ahead and added another form of payment, made it primary, then saved.. Then I made the new form of payment primary, removed the other one. Then I added the old form of payment again, as primary, removed the new card... the issue has now been fixed... ((((( Until they miss several auto payments again )))))

Most people have trouble figuring out the percentage off anything. If you tell most of them I will give you $200 from the $1,000 price... or 25% off... most will choose the $200 off. Even though 25% off equals to $250 discount.

They literally have no conversions for anyone searching for anything related to "Coolsculpting."  If these terms aren't converting, our hands are tied as to what else we can do to improve the account by just messing with Google Ads.

2nd is the Merkeva issue. I'm very concerned at some point he is going to get smart enough to test our account structure, which will absolutely destroy his and is the only competitive advantage we have at the moment.

So we have 2 problems, First is that we're driving up the cost of traffic for our own clients by bidding against one another. The only way to prevent this is to restrict the geographic radius, but that's very difficult as these locations are only a few miles from one another.

Always Beautiful has a 43% overlap with AOB as well but we are outranking them. You can see the screenshot. Our ad is very similar to theirs, but we know their LP converts much better than ours. I don't expect we'll be able to continue outranking them for long.

See the screenshot to show how AOB's ad renders above Hollywood Body's ad. How are they getting away with a $1200 discount? They also spend some of the ad spend selling that AOB is the best place to get the service done, see "Our Rock-Star Team." This is a weakness of our landing pages.

^^ This is a screenshot that shows how much overlap multiple accounts of ours have. Studio Medspa competes with both Always Beautiful and Hollywood Body ~25% of the time. Hollywood body is getting killed by AOB. They have a 61% overlap rate, meaning their ads show together more than 1/2 the time.

The primary problem is that Merkeva took over AOB, which overlaps with all of our accounts. Their LP converts so much better than ours that they are able to be much more aggressive with their bids and outrank us consistently.
