Call CZ and SS 3/23/23

SS did not request a charge back

CZ hi! We noticed charge backs, maybe it was a mistake you notified the bank that the charges are fraudulent

S- I don’t know anything about that

Cz- perhaps you didn’t recognize the charge?

S- I look into it. Was it google ads? 

Cz- was it monthly fee

S- I set it up on auto pay so maybe I did it wrong

Cz- reporting someone called the bank and said it was fraudulent transaction

S- I for sure that wasn’t me

I’ll call them

Cz- I’ll send you out some more info on this.

S- I’m sitting here doing software send it now

I always forget it on the first, so I set it up on autopay on QB. It must have been them

Cz- we’ll connect soon have a great day

Action - maybe we don’t accept CC from her and only do bank transfer.
