- On google account getting turned off: SS- “Hector knows we’re on a debit account, not credit cards. If ads payment comes out at the end of the week, there won’t be enough money because my money comes in on Monday. I also had staff stealing for a year, so it’ll correct itself now that they’re gone”  Did $700,000 in sales last year.

- Semaglutide - “In Colorado we have a Medical Director who checks up on us. He wants us to have an RN and increase our insurance. Can’t offer it yet, but eventually, one of these spas will wear him down. 

- SS agreed to get on Vania’s schedule for front desk training. SS has a new person as of 2/7/22, so by next week she should be good to train on Medstar app.  

- Agreed to getting a separate phone for the front desk so they can text. All calls are made from front desk and not tracked on Medstar app. WZ suggested keeping the app open on a laptop. 

- Agreed to setting up and running text blast- will respond to what 6 sales to include in text blast. Has 2,500 clients and 7,000 in email list.

- New esthetician, Michelle. Can do micro-needling, diamond glow, IPL photo.  Wants website to better reflect specialty facials as her customers don’t know their offerings and think they only do the basics. WZ suggested website revamp in a year and “Michelle’s signature facials”. SS wants new site now but can’t pay. 

- Some competitor keeps turning her into the the Coolsculpting police! 

- Selling up to 3 cool sculpting a week. Used to sell 2 a day. Willing to do $400 BOGO, but is currently selling at $600.

- Also, she’s happy to talk to anyone with the older model Coolsculpting machine that the 3G was turned off on. A tech changed hers to 4G so it would report, because it hadn’t been for the past 15 months and as a result, she didn’t get co-op despite being #129th in the nation

- Has Rejuvapen. WZ suggested $199 for three. SS does 20% off a package of three. $750 -> $600.  *Insist on change?*
