can someone check that the lead notification emails are going to
patricia@thinsculpting.com, caitlin@thinsculpting.com

The client says they are not getting notifications and they are already getting leads.
I noticed that the login information above for high-level is not the actual account information that is set up in highlevel. So maybe the leadsheet notifications are also incorrect?

Above, you said the login email is patricia@thinsculpting.com. That should be correct... But the user info in high-level has the login set as info@thinsculpting.com which is not their email address. See below.
patricia@thinsculpting.com, caitlin@thinsculpting.com are the only emails that should be used.
Can we get logins created for these emails?

Also, I noticed as you were testing the side forms and popups...the "tests" are appearing on the lead sheet and not in high-level and usually they appear in high-level as well. Could you check into why this may be?

It was a misconfig in the zapier settings.
