I believe client Michael Smith sent us DeLeGate access earlier. However, Godaddy is having issues and I cannot access or accept the invitation. I opened a ticket with them and this is happening worldwide. They will let me know once it is fixed.
I'm getting an error while trying to access any of their products other than the domains.

I am able to see the domain there -
But I do see that when I clicked on Transfer domain away from GoDaddy
it says NOT ALLOWED for current role.
That means that the client has to give us higher access correct?
Please let me know so
But I'm not able to access the hosting.
Also, we don't need to transfer the domain away from GoDaddy. Just need to find the client's hosting and move the website there.
I will send an email to the client to see what they say.
