During our meeting, Chris deleted the card ending in 9652 that was marked "insufficient funds". Once he deleted it, the alternate card, ending in 1834, then became the card marked insufficient funds. Neither card actually has insufficient funds according to the client (they are CC).
Per your request, this is to open up a ticket with FB.
This is nearly identical to the issue they had with their previous FB ads account. FB kept asking for confirmation of the account's payment method but the client never got the confirmation code from FB to their CC account. They tried adding a different payment method and then were banned, so we started a new ads account, this one here, (1052100022435169) for your info
