Their account is fine. We are running Botox out of it. 
I believe we were running these SG campaigns out of our Medstar 2023 account.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector we were never able to run the ads out of their account from my understanding because it kept getting shut down.

You are correct though that their Botox campaign is currently running out of our Meta ad account. 

We were also running their Semaglutide out of our Medstar 2023 account but that campaign hasn't gotten transferred over yet.
