Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae will you please go through the homepage https://thrivemedspa.org/ and compress/resize any images that are over 200KB file size? I see a few that are over 300-500KB and that may be contributing to the slow page speed. Please check mobile & desktop carefully. 

Can you also please check the Emface page? I noticed some that are too large there as well. Other pages look to be ok.
