They currently have three addresses running from this Google account. None of them  is for the Med Spa, rather they're for their Fellowship business.

If it's not possible to do that, then can the ads not have an address and hours link below them? (see first screenshot above)

I do not have that GMB linked to the Google account. Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector will have to handle that.

A big part of their issue is that they're trying to run two businesses out of the same account, which is creating absolute chaos.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol I am a little lost here. This will be best for Hector to manage when he is back in the office early next week. I don't generally touch the Google Ads accounts except for checking conversions/landing pages/offer details as needed. 

Please send Hector an email linked to this task so it is at the top of his inbox. Sounds like he will need to check the correct GMB is linked.

Okay so the I have checked this client's GMB and the information is updated.
I am having problems login into Google ads now for some reason. I will check on the GMB extensions and follow up.  
Maps is also updated.

So I am seeing that our access to this Google ads account 719-646-5360
has been removed from our Main MCC. I cannot check on the extension location issue.

Update, we are waiting for Google ads access having created a new account that now has payment method issues.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector   our payment issues have been resolved on Google account 265-718-6992 Thrive Med Spa, in the MyMedstarMedia MCC. We have spending and as of this past Saturday, conversions!
Can you please follow up with this task to make sure we're all good?

No need to worry about this account. It appears that everything is running smoothly now.
As I mentioned in an email; if the other MKT company removed the CC payment from Thrive from the other Google ads account, we would not need to worry. This appears to have been the case. Perhaps Liz threatening legal action did the trick.

In any event, the only issue this client will now have is dealing with all the leads they are getting. I am seeing about 3 per day thus far.
