How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - Thrive Med Spa 265-718-6992.  The verification process needs to be finished by September 2nd. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License - Front & Back
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. Since we helped to create this account for you, I have already started the 2nd process. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Nicol & I so we can help you take care of it.

I am circling back to you regarding the email I sent you about the Google ads verification issue a few days ago. 
I have already begun the process for the Thrive Med Spa 265-718-6992  Google ads account. However, I cannot move fwd without the documents requested.  

Time is of the essence. If we do not take care of this soon, it can result in your Google ads account being suspended. 

You can upload the documents yourself or I can help walk you through the process if necessary.

After that, the account will be restricted and your Google ads will be paused. If you have the documents required,
