Brittany fyi we use this task for new projects, everything brand new has to have a 'set up' process. For new requests after things have been set up, you can task the way you did and loop me in to test the pop-up once Charmae adds it, or you can test it. I will teach you the steps I take to test pop-ups. 
 
For the 'set up' portion though, Isaac & Hector will need to be notified in this task.
