This client has about 3 months where Google ads does not show a conversion. Every week they are first on the Clients with Low Conversions/Leads (Google): list.
However, I do notice that they average at least 2 leads on the leadsheet from Facebook. They are spending 1,500 on Google and $1,000 on Facebook. Shouldn't we allocate that Google money to FB since it is clearly delivering better results?

I'm not sure what you're looking at. Google had 2 leads in Oct, 2 in Nov, 3 in December and none so far this month.
The site just doesn't convert well and they are in the middle of nowhere. NEO isn't a good service for them to run.

Shane, I know about those. I meant to say very few to no conversions. Still, the issue is that Facebook seems to be doing much better for them than Google ads. For less money.

It's likely because of viewthrough conversions. I'm fine with it if it looks better to the client. But it isn't an apples to apples comparison.

The leadsheet shows 8 to 1 entries. For every Google lead, there are about 8 from Facebook.
