Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please connect all of these GHL pages to their thank you pages and place the terms of use and privacy policy on them? Can you please remove Dysport from the gravity form on the Botox treatment page and the confirmation page? Also, can you please fix the gravity forms, for some reason they have an error on them?

For the dysport graphics on the botox form. I would need a new graphics because all the three logos are merged in a single image.

I have gone through the pages. Do we need the offers on the gravity forms or just on the bottom of the pages? The dermal fillers and the Botox page have a disclaimer at the bottom of the page. The Coolsculpting page does not.

Also, the FAQs don't open up when you click on them on the Botox page:
