Shane Quast, Medstar Shane these ads are off because of ad errors. It appears that the page has been restricted. However, when I check on https://business.facebook.com/accountquality I am not seeing it there. 
Can you please check to see what is going on? The doctor is upset because the ads are not running.

As I can see that the page is not restricted, and everything seems normal on the page. I have just highlighted this issue to the respective team on priority and we will update you with the revert or resolution within 24-48 hours once the team reverts us with the update.

I knew I wasn't crazy. I checked and doubled checked, triple checked and looked and the page did not say restricted anywhere. Meta is so full of holes right now. 
I welcome the day when Facebook is a thing of the past like Myspace.
