this is the latest graphic I made. I am going to copy and paste your notes from the other task and put it here so when I edit I'll hopefully have everything where it needs to be.

JEssica and Emily will explain. But basically, the first set of bullet point should be one box the second set another box, side by side to help people visualize what perks they're getting. I reworded my notes (which was his original email copied and pasted) into a new doc for clarity.
I tried to make it easy to read- there is a lot of repetitive info that I could compile and size down if the provider would be okay with that. I can also separate the boxes if we need to...I tried to use my best judgement to organize and design something easy to navigate and read. lmk all your thoughts and if I am even remotely close!

he likes it, but here is his feedback:
I like how it looks good. However when I read tier 2 and 3 it feels like it can be interpreted as all those services are included in the package. They can choose one of those services in addition to to everything in the tier one. you can also call me with any questions
Can we make it a little more noted that you choose one, rather than get all?
Thank you!!

does this read any better? I have all the benefits from tier one repeated for tiers 1 & 2, in addition to the services they get to choose from. The doc made it seem like he wanted it listed that way....so I added a dotted border around the tier 1 benefits to separate that info. I also rearranged the text and added some arrows for clarification, in addition to simplified text "choose 1" and "choose 2"
I think it looks better? haha, but let me know what you think and if it's still confusing. Thanks!
