We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting.
We received 3 texts from you after we input the lead but unfortunately we received no phone calls. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week.
The salesperson that answered our call was professional and demonstrated knowledge around the treatment however there was no engagement or excitement displayed.
Also during the call it was stated that sessions are 3 months apart, taking 9 months in total to complete treatment. We recommend informing leads that you may return for additional treatments every 6 weeks as per the official CoolSculpting page’s protocol.
We would love for you to schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help with the overall customer acquisition of your business.
It is the doctor BUT he makes sales faux pas all the time and needs to know. He cant be going around shooting himself in the foot during body contouring season
