Hi everyone, I fixed this one and I checked all pop-ups to be sure and only found one other pop-up that needed to be updated on an older client's campaign. This one, unfortunately, slipped through the cracks and I generally check this too, so I don't know if my cursor was over the x already (because it changed to red when I hovered). At any rate, I'll update the template in addition to paying extra close attention. But the good news is all other pop-ups are okay across all clients.

You guys have admin access to the MCC. I don't have access to edit permissions for individual accounts. We don't actually need admin access to add them to our MCC, just invite the entire MCC using the account ID

I honestly think people don't read much any way- and I'd hate for him to lose a contact in his database because he "doesn't accept medicare" .. it still *possibly* might be an opportunity for him, and I will help him see it that way.
