Went ahead and searched the web for client's {Total Anti-Aging & Wellness - www.daytonasantiaging.com - VJ} GMB page for the {https://www.daytonasantiaging.com/} site. Found it listed under name {Total Anti-Aging and Wellness} for the - 143 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 - location and under the following phone number - (386) 299-0614. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Followed up on Google My Business Back door request sent to client {Total Anti-Aging & Wellness - www.daytonasantiaging.com - VJ} for their GMB {Total Anti-Aging and Wellness}.- and found that access was NOT accepted. It appears client does not have or loss access to it.

The GMB will need to be verified by phone. I will follow up once they are open later today.

Went ahead and followed up on this verification process for client
I called the office and let them know I would be requesting a code from Google. Spoke to Leah, had code requested, called back and obtained it, verified account.
I also updated the phone number after speaking to Leah who provided me with a new one. 386-293-1575

It will need to be updated on the website first since it was not approved on GMB.
