Went ahead and searched the web for client's {Total Body Aesthetics - www.totalbodyaesthetics.com - NR} GMB page for the {https://www.totalbodyaesthetics.com} site. Found it listed under name {Total Body Aesthetics} for the - 8610 S Sepulveda Blvd #100, Los Angeles, CA 90045 - location and under the following phone number -  (310) 670-1888. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

*** Saw that Go@Medstarmedia.com was given access. But it should be going to support, not go email.

Hector I don't know why. Just an honest mistake! I did not onboard this client, having had this account transferred to me at the end of their 5th week so was unaware this was an issue.

We have their Front Desk Training today. I will bring it up to the owner and staff then and include you in any email communication re: GMB

The reason we got access to it is because I had to send a back door request which was approved.
