Alyssa , I came on as CSM only 2 days ago, so I apologize for my many orientation questions - are we ready to put ads on Shane's desk? I am more concerned about the lead time here than the FDT.  I had a call with the client and gave her the expectation that the FDT request would come end of this week/beginning of next, so I am ok delaying a day or two if it means we can get the ads portion squared away

Nicol , no worries, I understand. Yes, you can place the information of the final ad & assign them to Hector only. This is the revised method as of yesterday. That means the 'Provide Ads Manager' task will be obsolete. Instead, fill out these two tasks directly and assign them to Hector:
Google Ads - Set up campaign - Total Body Aesthetics - www.totalbodyaesthetics.com - NR
Facebook / Instagram - Set Up: Campaigns  - Total Body Aesthetics - www.totalbodyaesthetics.com - NR

Hector will reassign the two tasks above ^ to Shane and CSM  after he completes this task and verifies everything is ready: ADs Checklist - Total Body Aesthetics - www.totalbodyaesthetics.com - NR, which should happen in the next 24 hrs. I will keep tabs on it as well.
