It says its managed by someone in my hierarchy of the account-

Whitney, that is the same message I get. However, I am not seeing it under Chris account or under support. So the question is: whose account is it under? And how are we going to access it?

Their account is actually cancelled.  I cannot reactivate it for them, they have to do it

I'm going to help them re-instate it.

I have sent them an email with instructions on how to reactive their account. If they cannot do it, I asked them to add us as ADMIN and I will take care of it.

I just want to let yo know that the suggestions and instructions I sent to this client went through. The account is now active again. They had 3 campaigns LIVE so I paused the until you can take a look at them.. 

They said they couldn’t get in the account ? And want to make a new account ? Chris is reaLly eager for this to get up . Shane  is your team done with ad copy ?

As I stated above, I have verified that the account is fine, active.. I paused the campaigns myself.

Besides, there is no need to do so unless they had no access or something.

BTW, they have ADMIN access under totaleyecarec@gmail.com email.
All they have to do is remove LINDA as payment user and add themselves as primary as they are already there.

Beyond that is copy ok?

For some reason the currency for this account is set to Turkish Lira. I may not be able to change it. Do we have any idea why? 

weird it might be their old marketer Shane

Okay so I contacted Google support. Whomever created this account made a mistake with currency. 
It is one of the 3 things you CANNOT change once you set up an account. 
I will need to disable this one and create a new one for them. 
Once I have it set up, I will let you all know.
