Two - we fill out the client's spreadsheet where it says Secret Shopper Leads test tab - 
Three - we wait for their response, add that to the spreadsheet, keep notes, then prepare report. 
Fourth - we have a report template I created that only needs to have name, dates and a few other things changed.
