We are going to have to roll this out for more clients because it is super helpful to listen to their phone calls. If we use 1 number instead of the pool conversion tracking shouldn't be an issue. I am seeing multiple a lot of calls on this account and when we secret shopped them they performed poorly.
Hector we probably need to do this bowen too.
In order to begin this task, I would need to know what number I am going to use as their MAIN phone? They have dozens of numbers so which one do I use as primary?
I chose this one - 215-943-7800
Second, are we going to track calls only? Or will we also track web sessions, calls and keywords?
Third, where do we route calls to? (215) 943-7800?
Fourth - tracking options? All visitors?
We have never tried this before so I want to make sure I do it right.
