Chris wants us to Figure out how to get Total Eye Care set up with a tracking number that shows up on their High Level systems. This is so that anyone that calls we need to have the caller ID show up on Highlevel so we can track those. This is for Total Eye Care.
Once done, I will notify Shane so he can update conversion tracking with new number.

What do you think is our best option for this? Assign the number through Highlevel or through What converts?

- It's possible on either of this service. On whatconverts it will be a little easier though and also less charge as Twilio charges little extra for each caller ID lookup.

Please put a tracking number on the website (microwebsite) that tracks incoming calls, make sure these calls go into the campaign pipeline on GHL.

= make sure the number is updated with Shane call tracking.
I do not care if you use What Converts or GHL I just need this taken care of ASAP.

I went ahead and added this client to What converts.
I added this phone number - 12157955319 and calls are being fwd to +12159437800

Also Chris, we can do form tracking no additional charge -and- they can set it up for us.

All we need to do is let them know that you would like to track your forms and let them know what URLs of where the forms are located. We'll send an email confirmation back when they are set up and you'll be set!

- I have now added the tracking phone number on the website and have also connected it with a new pipeline (Call Pipeline) in the client's GHL account.
