Just checked in the their Network solutions account and yes they have the hosting purchased as well from that company but couldn't find source files of truthandbeautspa.com in their file manager nor in the phpmyadmin.

The only way here is to ask them - Where the source files of their site is currently hosted? Also if you want I can give it a try without FTP using file manager plugin. Let me know. Thanks.

Client should have it or yes maybe if client pays yearly or monthly to his old developer to host his website on their server they should have it.

Could we move their hosting? Is it a popular theme? Could we find the theme files on themeforest?
