Hi Isaac,
They set up WpEngine hosting account. Can you please switch hosts. Also, they have network solutions as their registrar and use Google Business for email. So please make sure they do not lose access to their email. Also change their username and passwords to their site upon moving it. You can find the logins here:

Also, they have network solutions as their registrar and use Google Business for email. - Didn't make any changes in their MX records. So their emails should work fine like before.

For SSL certificates. Still waiting for the DNS propagation process to complete for all locations. Will keep track and let you know once added. Thanks.
