I submitted a lead and only received one call and one text message. We highly recommend that leads should be contacted by phone, text, and email at least 3 times in the first week. Then, we recommend repeating this process a few weeks later if there’s no response from the lead. America is the land of instant gratification. If leads are not called & texted, potential patients will look into another spa.
The person on the phone was friendly and engaging. However, she did not ask for the caller's name or information. Also, the caller had to ask what steps were next in booking a consultation rather than the salesperson encouraging a consultation. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the service, and answered pricing questions in depth and accurately. Great job!!
