Created new  GTM-534VCHW   for client {William Uptownbankruptcy}
GTM created under William original GTM property so team already had access. 
Added optinMonster tag and added code to container. 
Published and set to live. 
Provided GTM code to Isaac for insertion on site. 
Updated all tasks and client spreadsheets.
