However, you did not write down the PASSWORD and other information we may need. 
In the future, please write down info such as 
- Recovery email
- Phone number used to verify (if it applies)
- Date of B. or create date 
and so on.

I think stitstain- same thing as constant contact.
We skipped recovery phone # because it was optional ( and annoying) 

i Actually find all this information a waste of time but recovery which should always be support@medstarmedia.com
If it makes us put a cell phone # then we can add that info.

I mentioned the recovery phone because Google asks me for one. I guess that's because I have set up so many Gmail addresses the past few months. 
You are right, if they don't ask, no need to put it. 
In any case, I updated the sheet with the password - VERIFIED it. 
(cannot believe that is the actual password though)
